Upholstery Deep Clean
How often do you clean the interior of your car as you do with your exterior? Your automotive interior is probably as dirty as the exterior, but not as noticeable. If the car upholstery is dark in color you would think that it is clean compared to lighter color. Pre-owned or new vehicle, dirt are introduced every time you use the car. Dirt from your clothes, shoes, skin, and hands eventually collect onto the upholstery, grooves, and crevices. Dirt comes from the industrial traffic through your windows when they are down. Not to mention our body sweats and oil can serve as a sticky reservoir for the daily traffic dirt. If you don’t clean and remove these dirt and grime, they will accumulate. Bacteria can grow and cause the unpleasant odor such as mildew or old car smell. Detail Addict offers carpet steam cleaning and shampooing of upholsteries to get rid of these dirt, grime, stains, and spills.
Detail Addict uses carpet and upholstery cleaner/shampoo to free contaminants trapped in the fibers of the upholstery and suspends them for easier removal. A soft bristle brush attached to an orbital buffer is used to break down and loosen all the dirt from all interior surfaces. A steam cleaner is sprayed onto the carpet. The carpet cleaning extractor machine sucks up all the grime and debris away from the fibers of the upholstery that regular vacuuming and washing have left behind. May need repetitive cycle to completely clean certain stains. Estimation is based on the condition (type of stains and how long it has been there), size, and severity level of the car.
Procedure
The upholsteries, floors, and rugs are vacuumed to remove large solids, crumbs, and trash.
Upholstery chemical cleaners are then sprayed onto the fabric and carpet to loosen the soil's attachment to the fabric fibers.
A soft bristle brush attached to the orbital buffer agitates areas and works deep into the grain of fibers to lift clingy stubborn dirt and stain.
The hot steaming liquid cleaner from the deep cleaning machine is sprayed onto the surfaces to free contaminants and suspends them for easier removal.
High speed vacuum would be used to suck up all the dirt and grime.
For an additional freshness to your vehicle, we recommend odor removal treatment after the deep cleaning to neutralize any remaining odor left behind such as from the ventilation and underneath vinyl panel and doors.
